strong point is our design service that we offer. Currently, we manage
and maintain several websites that deal with Business to Business, as
well as Business to Consumer. Whether you are in need of a website to

Going over what we specialize, we start with Business to Business:
Most of our clients deal with direct communications either to their
own employees, or to their clients who in turn deal with consumers.
In the past, we have taken Open Source programs and modified them to
fit our client's needs. Such programs we deal with are:
-Group Office
This program offers great support for a business environment. You can
fully support your office's infrastructure with this program, as far
as dealing with communications with your employees. Whether you are
planning on sharing calendars, announcing events, communicating through
e-mail (and do not want to have chunky software to install on each computer)
this program is for you.
It allows for each individual to log into the system with their own
ID, and have their own office space. You can then share address books
and calendars, which eliminates the old paper system.
Our clients who use this system now depend heavily on it, which in turn
created a more organized structure.
-VTiger
This program has a very powerful design implemented for the wholesale/retail
environment. It can be used to track and place purchase orders, organize
and keep in touch with your customers, and much more. The great part
of this program is how you can keep track of communications with your
vendors, keep your inventory up to date, help ordering products with
ease.
Another area that we work with is Business to Consumer:
Selling your products online has became a large portion of Commerce
on the internet. Many people now shop on the internet rather then going
to a store to pick up their item. Our clients that deal with such solutions
have needs that are met with the following program that we recommend
and use:
-OS Commerce
This program is fully featured out of the box. It can be setup
to deal with almost any type of Commerce need. Whether you wish to sell
your products, show case them, etc. this program has a large advantage
over others - highly customizable. We have customized our client's programs
to share information between their office systems (inventory) and even
be able to upload UPS Worldship tracking numbers once you ship an item.
Other features that we have customized for our clients were the ability
to only allow customers of their choice to log in and order items and
show them prices, but still be able to show images and information to
the public (mainly a wholesale model).
The reason why OS Commerce is so powerful is the fact that considering
it is Open Source, there is a huge community base of developers who
program their own features. We can either implement those programs,
customize them, or program our own just for you.
Communication:
Looking for more of a personal touch? Maybe communicate with your clients/customers
or to the public to share ideas. We can implement a forum software with
a personal touch that will have you speaking with your general public.
We general use SMF, which stands for Simple
Machine Forums. This software is very powerful and has modifications
that can even add more of a personal touch.
